Workin Out
My new group at work likes to work later hours than the last group I was with. This caused a little consternation for me for a couple of reasons.
One being the fact that I am a morning person. I like to get up early and get started on my day. Because my new coharts weren’t getting started till after 8, I was working till 5 or 6 at night. That’s a few more hours than I wanted to put in.
This also meant that I was skipping my workouts.
More hours + more distress - workouts = a very cranky Elizabeth
The solution? Work out in the morning instead!
I’ve done three morning workouts so far and things seem to be going well. I’m tired during the day, but I figure my body will get used to the new routine and I will be just fine.
I do have to say that I love the sense of accomplishment I feel after my workout. Its nice to start out the day already having done
something great for yourself!
