I highly recommend…
I started studying for the ‘ol PMP back in October. When I first started, Hubby told me about this publisher who has done some major research on adult learning and put out some books.
These are called the Head First series.
Thinking “what have I got to lose” I picked up the one for Project Management.
I read a few chapters and thought “it can’t be this easy” and decided to get my own copy of the PMBOK to make sure I got things right.
Shortly after getting the PMBOK I put the books on a corner of my desk and left them to collect dust. Thus I never learned what I’ve figured out since.
The Head First PMP book has everything the PMBOK has, only in an easy to swallow format.
I LOVE this book - not only does of make learning this stuff easy to understand, it makes it fun!

The morning after….
After a night of Roller Derby, where they served pre-opened PBR in six packs, we got up a little late and headed out to breakfast.
We’ve got a full day ahead of us with visits planned to Hubby’s
friends and his sister. His mom is out of town, so it will be a slightly smaller celebration with four adults and three kids. Its nice and dreary, so I imagine the kids might be a little saddened by the lack of an outdoor Easter egg hunt.
It will be good to be out and about today
